What is UX Confidential?

There’s clearly a gap between what our day-to-day work is as designers and what we see on LinkedIn. This project exists to document the reality of the UX industry.


Our mission: 

• Build a public record: An honest look at what it’s really like to work in design today.

• Protect designers: A space to speak your mind (no names, no emails, no corporate tracking)

• Start conversations: Use our wins, friction, and uncomfortable truths to keep the industry healthy.

How we get there:

UX Confidential runs an independent anonymous survey to gather raw industry data. Once we reach a significant number of recorded responses, we’ll analyse the data and release a public report uncovering recurring patterns and trends.
